2. Use of WhatsApp, SMS & Authentication Channels

We implement SMS and Meta Cloud API (WhatsApp Business Platform) notifications to verify user identity securely. Phone numbers provided during registration are used solely for:

  • Dispatching transactional One-Time Passwords (OTPs).
  • Delivering urgent account-related system alerts or service updates.

We do not use these communication channels for unsolicited marketing communications unless explicit, affirmative opt-in consent is provided.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

To operate our enterprise infrastructure, we partner with trusted third-party service providers. User data is shared only with partners essential to our operations, subject to strict data processing agreements:

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Vercel, Cloudflare, and certified cloud hosting providers.
  • Communication: Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Cloud API) for OTP delivery and transactional messages.

All data processed by BayBuzz Labs is protected by modern encryption standards:

  • In-Transit: Strict TLS 1.3 encryption across all endpoints.
  • At-Rest: AES-256 cryptographic encryption for stored data.

5. No Sale of Personal Data

BayBuzz Labs maintains a strict pledge: we never sell, lease, rent, trade, or share user contact numbers or personal information with third-party data brokers, marketers, or advertisers. Your details remain confidential and are processed strictly in connection with your service usage.
