• Not initiate unauthorized penetration testing, denial-of-service attacks, or malicious activities against any BayBuzz Labs infrastructure.
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary components without express licensing.
• Not circumvent rate limits, security measures, or authentication layers.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software architectures, code bases, APIs, graphical assets, trademarks, trade secrets, and logos are the sole property of BayBuzz Labs. Your license to use our Services is non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited to the integration parameters outlined in our product documentation.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BayBuzz Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from database downtime, service suspension, or unauthorized use of API integrations.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
